Originating in Mexico, this 5″ long, curved pepper has a fruity, sweet flavor with mild heat that most people enjoy. Though commonly known as the Anaheim pepper, it is also called New Mexico pepper, Magdalena, or California chili. In dried form, it’s known as chile seco del norte, and when fully ripened red, it’s often referred to as California red chili or chili Colorado. Vitamins+: A, B6, C+++., K+., Capsaicin.
