Indeterminate type. An outstanding polish variety that is still standing strong since its inception in North-America since 1837. Famous for an exceptionally clean flavor that tastes like pineapple or mango. 1-2 mm in diameter and encased in the papery thin husk that browns when fruit ripens. A highly productive plant that is 80-90 cm tall. Extensively used for pies, preserves, ice-cream and fresh fruit salads. Produces up to frost and a little beyond.
