Barossa Fest is a tall, mid-season indeterminate dwarf tomato variety, reaching up to 4.5 feet by season’s end. Developed through the “Dwarf Tomato Project” by crossing ‘Green Giant’ and ‘Golden Dwarf Champion,’ it produces small, pale yellow globes with a sweet and tangy flavor. The fruit, averaging 80-100 grams, is firm, juicy, and slightly tart with a smooth, globe shape. The sturdy, compact plant features rugose potato leaves and yields generously from mid-season until frost. Introduced in 2016, it was bred by Patrina Nuske Small and named after the Barossa Valley, Australia. INDETERMINATE.

Barossa Fest est une grande variété de tomate naine indéterminée de mi-saison, atteignant jusqu’à 4,5 pieds à la fin de la saison. Développée dans le cadre du « Dwarf Tomato Project » par croisement entre ‘Green Giant’ et ‘Golden Dwarf Champion’, elle produit de petits globes jaune pâle à la saveur douce et acidulée. Le fruit, qui pèse en moyenne 80 à 100 grammes, est ferme, juteux et légèrement acidulé, avec une forme de globe lisse. La plante robuste et compacte présente des feuilles de pomme de terre rugueuses et donne des rendements généreux de la mi-saison jusqu’aux gelées. Introduite en 2016, elle a été sélectionnée par Patrina Nuske Small et nommée d’après la vallée de Barossa, en Australie. INDÉTERMINÉ.
