Bhut Jolokia Red Ghost Hot Pepper is one of the hottest peppers in the world, holding a spot in the Guinness World Records for its intense heat, measuring over 1 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU). Originating from India, this pepper is characterized by its smooth, wrinkled, red skin and conical shape. Known for its fruity, slightly sweet flavor at the start, it gives way to a scorching heat that builds quickly. These plants produce numerous pods throughout the growing season.
