Big Jim peppers can grow up to a foot long and are known for their mild heat, making them perfect for stuffing or grilling. These peppers are mild to medium, typically ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 Scoville Heat Units. The plant is a heavy producer, yielding large, fleshy pods that mature from green to red. This variety was developed at New Mexico State University and holds a Guinness World Record for being the longest chili pepper. Vitamins+: A, B6, C+++., K+., Capsaicin.
