Early Maturing variety used for fresh greens, large blooms for cut flowers and seed head production. Great for producing baby lead pro. The flowers can be used to garnish potato salad, green salads, and pickles. When broken into florets, they can be mixed into a cheese spread or omelet. ID: 44727 | Planting Tip: Direct seed in spring as soon as the soil can be worked. Harvesting Tip: The entire plant is harvestable. Harvest foliage once the plant has fully established right up to flowering. Harvest seeds when seed heads turn golden brown. Storage Tip: Dry leaves and flower heads in a cool, dark place. Store seeds in airtight containers. Freeze fresh dill in ice cube trays w/ water or oil for best flavor retention. |
