The Brianna Grape is a hardy, cold-tolerant grape variety producing sweet, aromatic, pink-red fruit with a distinct raspberry-like aroma. Its clusters are medium to large and loose. Harvesting Tip: Harvest when fruit is fully colored, tastes sweet, and seeds have turned brown. Cut whole clusters w/ pruning shears. Grapes do not ripen further after picking. Storage Tip: Refrigerate unwashed clusters in a ventilated bag for up to 2-3 weeks. Do not wash until ready to eat. |
