Butterfly spinach is a hybrid variety with large, glossy dark green leaves , open pollinated and exhibiting vigor and superior among other varieties.
Companion plants: Strawberry, Eggplant, Peas, Brassicas, Beans, Cilantro, Oregano, Rosemary. 
Far from: Potato.
Planting tip: Soak in warm water up to 12H for better germination. Direct sow as soon as the soil can be worked in spring. For fall planting, sow in late summer, early fall. Best flavors at 12-15°C
Harvesting tip: Harvest baby leaves 1” before the ground or right above its crown for bunching.
Storage tip: Store washed spinach at low temperature and high humidity up to 10-14 days.

L’épinard ‘Butterfly’ est une variété hybride à grandes feuilles vertes foncées et brillantes, à pollinisation ouverte, qui présente une vigueur et une supériorité par rapport aux autres variétés.
Plantes compagnes: Fraise, aubergine, pois, brassicacées, haricots, Coriandre, origan, romarin.
Loin de: Patate.
Ensemencement: Tremper en eau chaude jusqu’à 12H pour mieux germer. Semis direct dès que le sol peut être travaillé au printemps. Pour une plantation d’automne, semer fin été, début automne. Meilleure saveur à 12-15°C.
Récolte: Récolter les jeunes feuilles à 1″ au dessus du sol ou juste au-dessus de sa couronne.
Entreposage: Conservez les épinards lavés à basse température et haute humidité jusqu’à 10-14 jours.
