Light pink color celery, originated from China. Popularized by Baker Creek Seeds. Strong flavour. Bolts quickly and unevenly. Harvest young and eat like cilantro with periodic sowing for continuous harvest. Some plant sprouts back after cutting back.

Companion plants: Tomato, Spinach, Onion, Beans, Sage, Thyme, Cabbage, Basil, Tansy.
Far from: Potato, Parsley, Carrot, Parsnip.
Planting tip: Start seedlings indoors 10-12 weeks before planting.||Transplant is highly recommended. It can be transplanted 2-3 weeks before the last frost date. May bolt if the °T below 12°C in the day and 4°C at night.
Harvesting tip: Harvest while curds are still tight. Tie leaves together for a blanched effect. The stalk will lighten the colour and flavour will milder. Cool right after harvesting.

Céleri de couleur rose clair, originaire de Chine. Popularisé par Baker Creek Seeds. Saveur forte. La montaison est rapide et irrégulière. Récolter jeune et consommer comme la coriandre. Semer périodiquement pour une récolte continue. Certaines plantes repoussent après avoir été coupées.

Récolte: Récolter pendant que le caillé est encore serré. Attachez les feuilles ensemble pour obtenir un effet blanchi. La tige éclaircira la couleur et la saveur sera plus douce. Refroidir juste après la récolte.
