Copenhagen Market cabbage seeds are a Danish heirloom introduced by H. Hartman & Co. in 1909.   Its solid heads reach 6-8″ in diameter, weigh 3-4 pounds, and rarely burst. Medium-sized plants are ideal for small gardens. This summer harvest variety has good keeping ability, excellent uniformity, and rich flavor. Popular for making coleslaw. Use insect netting to avoid cabbage moths.
Companion plants: Alliums, Sage, Rosemary, Celery, Nasturtium, Mint. 
Far from: Tomato.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Direct sow when the °T reaches above 23°C. It can be started indoors 4-6 weeks before the planting date.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when the outer leaf begins to fall off.
Storage tip: Store at 0°C at 95% humidity and good air circulation.

Les semences de chou du marché de Copenhague sont un héritage danois introduit par H. Hartman & Co. en 1909.   Ses têtes solides atteignent 6-8″ de diamètre, pèsent 3-4 livres, et fendent rarement. Ce plant de taille moyenne est idéal pour les petits jardins. Cette variété de récolte estivale se conserve bien, est d’une excellente uniformité et a une saveur riche. Elle est populaire pour la préparation de la salade de chou. Utilisez des filets anti-insectes pour éviter la noctuelle du chou.

Loin de: Tomato.
Ensemencement: Le trempage dans l’eau chaude pendant 12H maximum est recommandé pour améliorer la germination. Semis direct lorsque la °T atteint plus de 23°C. Il peut être démarré à l’intérieur 4 à 6 sem. avant la date de plantation.
Récolte: Récolte lorsque les feuilles extérieures commencent à tomber.
Entreposage: Conservez à 0°C à 95% d’humidité et une bonne circulation d’air.
