Uniform roots, easy to clean and quite large and delicious in soups and roasted vegetable dishes. Milky white interior and celery-like flavour.

Far from: Corn, Cucumber, Squash, Pumpkin.

Harvesting tip: Harvest while curds are still tight. Tie leaves together for a blanched effect. Cool right after harvesting.
