This Bean, also known as Dragon Tongue Bean, is a Dutch heirloom variety (Phaseolus vulgaris) celebrated for its striking appearance and exceptional flavor. The plants are compact, bush-type and produce flat, 6-inch creamy yellow pods adorned with vibrant purple streaks, a coloration that intensifies under full sun exposure. These stringless, juicy pods are ideal for fresh consumption, offering a crisp texture and sweet flavor. Beyond their fresh use, the mature seeds can be harvested and dried for later use in soups, stews, and salads.

Cet haricot, également connu sous le nom de haricot langue de dragon, est une variété héritière hollandaise (Phaseolus vulgaris) célébrée pour son apparence frappante et sa saveur exceptionnelle. Les plantes sont compactes, de type buissonnant, et produisent des gousses plates de 6 pouces de couleur jaune crème, ornées de stries violettes vibrantes. Ces gousses juteuses et sans fil sont idéales pour la consommation fraîche, offrant une texture croquante et une saveur sucrée.
