Plants grow up to 6’ in height. Unique yellow snow pea pods that 3” in length. Highly productive. Bi-color flower that add to its ornamental look.

Companion plants: Beans, Carrot, Corn, Cucumber, Eggplant, Pepper, Radish, Spinach, Tomato, Turnip, Mint.

Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 8H is recommended for improved germination. Seeds won’t germinate if soaked too long.||Direct sow is recommended. Can be planted in late summer for a fall crop. Hot and dry conditions are not ideal for peas.
Harvesting tip: Harvest immature and flat edible-pod before the seeds begin to fill out. Harvest every other day to keep pods from getting too big. Snow peas can be eaten whole pod and all or shelled just like garden peas.
Storage tip: Store at 1-2°C for around a week.

Les plantes poussent jusqu’à 6′ de hauteur. Des cosses de pois mange-tout d’un jaune unique qui mesurent 3″ de long. Très productif. Fleur bicolore qui ajoute à son aspect ornemental.

Ensemencement: Il est recommandé de faire tremper les graines dans de l’eau tiède pendant 8 heures maximum pour une meilleure germination. Un trempage plus long ne permettra pas la germination. Le semis direct est recommandé. On peut également semer en fin d’été pour une récolte d’automne. Les conditions chaudes et sèches ne sont pas idéales pour les pois.
Récolte: Récolter les gousses comestibles immatures et plates avant que les graines ne commencent à se remplir. Récoltez tous les deux jours pour éviter que les gousses ne deviennent trop grosses. Les pois mange-tout peuvent être consommés entiers ou écossés comme les petits pois.
Entreposage: Conservez à 1-2°C pendant environ une semaine.
