Cross between Madame Jeanette — the celebrated butter-yellow Surinamese pepper of Dutch-Caribbean tradition — and a Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) parent. Butterscotch-gold fruits carry Madame Jeanette’s distinctive fruity sweetness with the Ghost Pepper’s searing sustained heat. A rare meeting of Surinamese and northeastern Indian pepper lineages. Rich tropical flavour, exceptional for mango-based hot sauces.

Companion plants: Alliums, Basil, Tomato, Spinach, Oregano, Marjoram, Nasturtium, Marigold.

Ce croisement audacieux marie le fruité floral de la Madame Jeanette surinamaise à la chaleur profonde et fantomatique du Ghost pepper. Les cosses d’un jaune-orangé lumineux, à la peau fine et plissée, dégagent un arôme envoûtant — bien avant que la brûlure ne se fasse sentir.
