A cross between Ghost Pepper and Trinidad Scorpion, Jay’s Red Ghost Scorpion delivers volcanic heat wrapped in surprisingly fruity, floral notes. The vivid red pods are wrinkled and elongated with a characteristic scorpion-like tail. Best reserved for those who take their heat seriously — a little goes a very long way. Vitamins+: A, B6, C+++., K+., Capsaicin. Companions: Alliums, Basil, Tomato, Spinach, Oregano, Marjoram, Nasturtium, Marigold. Far from: Beans, Brassicas, Fennel. GaiaOrganics.ca |
