Similar to Tokyo Market. One of the best open-pollinated Japanese turnips available. smooth, soft white flesh,  and roots are flavorful and slightly flattened. This early cultivar grows well in both the spring and the fall. It can be picked young or let to grow to a diameter of 2″. Young greens taste great. 
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Sow all season long but perform best in fall conditions.
Harvesting tip: Harvest just before the ground freezes for sweet flavoring.  Turnips tops can be eaten as a green.
Storage tip: Store at 0°C and at 95% humidity w/ good air circulation. Cut tops off and it can store up to five months.

Semblable à la variété ‘Tokyo Market’. L’un des meilleurs navets japonais à pollinisation ouverte disponibles. La chair est lisse, d’un blanc tendre, et les racines sont savoureuses et légèrement aplaties. Ce cultivar précoce pousse bien au printemps et à l’automne. On peut le cueillir jeune ou le laisser pousser jusqu’à un diamètre de 2″. Les jeunes pousses sont très savoureuses. 
Ensemencement: Le trempage dans l’eau chaude pendant 12H maximum est recommandé pour améliorer la germination. Semer toute la saison mais les performances sont meilleures en automne
Récolte: Récolter juste avant que le sol ne gèle pour une saveur douce.  Les fanes de navets peuvent être consommées comme un vert.
Entreposage: Stocker à 0°C et à 95% d’humidité avec une bonne circulation d’air. Couper les fanes et il peut se Conservez jusqu’à cinq mois.
