Resistant to cracking and easy to grow in most climates, is ideal for both spring and fall planting.

Cette plante fiable et productive produit des bulbes tendres et légèrement sucrés qui sont parfaits pour être consommés crus, en salade ou pour une cuisson légère. Ses feuilles dressées sont également comestibles et nutritives. Résistante à la rupture et facile à cultiver dans la plupart des climats, elle est idéale pour les plantations de printemps et d’automne.
