Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Start indoors 6 weeks before transplanting.||Delicate roots so handle carefully when transplanting. Okra can survive dry conditions but fruits better with adequate water.
Harvesting tip: Harvest often to get more fruits. Harvest every 2-3 days.

Les gousses vertes foncées succulentes de 3-4 pouces sont presque sans épines et indispensables. Plantes hautes et robustes. Variété adaptée à notre région du nord-est.

Plantes compagnes: Laitue, Pois, Radis, Poivron, Tomate, Haricot, Tournesol, Basilic, Melon, Aubergine, Concombre.
Loin de: Rhubarbe, Ail.
Ensemencement: Il est recommandé de faire tremper les plants dans de l’eau tiède pendant 12 heures maximum pour une meilleure germination. Commencez les semis à l’intérieur 6 sem. avant la date de repiquage. Les racines étant fragiles, manipulez-les avec précaution lors du repiquage. Le gombo supporte la sécheresse, mais fructifie bien avec un arrosage régulier.
Récolte: Récoltez souvent pour obtenir plus de fruits. Récoltez tous les 2-3 jours.
