ID: 25227 | Planting Tip: Direct sow is recommended. Can be planted in late summer for a fall crop. Hot and dry conditions are not ideal for peas. Harvesting Tip: Harvest immature and flat edible-pod before the seeds begin to fill out. Harvest every other day to keep pods from getting too big. Snow peas can be eaten whole pod and all or shelled just like garden peas. Storage Tip: Store at 1-2°C for around a week. |
