The Michael Pollan tomato, developed by Brad Gates, is a green and yellow bi-color, irregularly shaped fruit, ranging from pear-shaped to heart-shaped or ovoid. These tomatoes, weighing 50-80 grams, have a mild, sweet flavor with less tartness than Green Zebra. Known for its vigorous, disease-resistant vines, it produces abundant clusters (10-20 tomatoes per cluster). Ideal for salsa, snacking, cooking, canning, and garnish, the multiflora variety offers generous production and good preservation… INDETERMINATE. Vitamins+: B9+, C++, K, Lycopene Companions: Basil, Parsley, Carrot, Asparagus, Alliums, Celery, Borage, Marigold, Calendula, Mint, Sage, Peppers, Dill (until Mature). Far from: Potato, Corn, Kohlrabi, Beet, Fennel, Peas, Squash. GaiaOrganics.ca |
