6-7’ tall plant. Two to three ears per stalk. Small, narrow and up to 3-5” long ears. The ears are small, narrow while kernels are bright and range from pink to mauve to light purple in color and often have a pearly appearance. Also called ‘Country Pink’, ‘Pink Bo Peep’, and ‘Little Miss Muffet’. Beside being the ornamental look, the ears pop great and taste good with slightly nutty flavour.
Companion plants: Beans, Cucumber, Melon, Parsley, Potato, Pumpkin, Squash.
Far from: Tomato.
Planting tip: Direct sow as soon as the soil has warmed up to 19°C.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when ear silks have dried out and kernels are full and filled up and appropriate colour has appeared.
Storage tip: After harvesting, pull all the husks back at one end of the ear. Bundle a few corns in this manner, tie the husks together w/ a string, and hang them in a dry, well-ventilated location for a few weeks.

Plant de 6-7′ de haut. Deux à trois épis par tige. Petits épis, étroits, jusqu’à 3-5″ de long. Les grains sont brillants et vont du rose au mauve en passant par le violet clair et ont souvent un aspect nacré. On l’appelle aussi ‘Country Pink’, ‘Pink Bo Peep’, et ‘Little Miss Muffet’. En plus de leur aspect ornemental, les épis sont superbes et ont un bon goût noisetté.
Plantes compagnes: Haricot, Concombre, Melon, Persil, Patate, Citrouille, Courge.
Loin de: Tomate.
Ensemencement: Semer directement dès que le sol s’est réchauffé à 19°C.
Récolte: Récolter lorsque les soies des épis ont séché et que les grains sont pleins et remplis et que la couleur appropriée est apparue.
Entreposage: Après la récolte, ramenez toutes les enveloppes à une extrémité de l’épi. Regroupez quelques épis de cette manière, attachez les enveloppes ensemble avec une ficelle et suspendez-les dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé pendant quelques semaines.
