Elle produit des fruits de taille moyenne, en forme de goutte d’eau, à la peau brillante d’un violet profond et à la chair ferme d’un blanc crémeux. Réputée pour son excellente saveur et sa texture lisse, cette aubergine est parfaite pour rôtir, griller ou créer des plats italiens classiques comme l’aubergine à la parmesane.
