Dark orange flesh that is juicily sweet and tender, with a creamy texture and robust flavor. Skin is thinner than hybrids, but it holds up well in storage and on the market. Excellent powdery mildew resistance and suitability for northern growers At full slip, harvest. Developed at Cornell University by Dr. Henry Munger.

Planting tip: Soak in warm water up to 24H & scarify for improved germination. Direct seed 1-2 weeks after last frost. Can also start indoors 4 weeks before the planting date.

Sa chair orange foncé est juteuse, sucrée et tendre, et présente une texture crémeuse ainsi qu’une saveur robuste. Sa peau est plus mince que celle des hybrides, mais elle résiste bien à l’entreposage et au marché. Excellente résistance à l’oïdium et convient aux cultivateurs nordiques. Récolter lorsque le melon semble vouloir se détacher de la vigne. Cultivée à l’Université Cornell par le Dr Henry Munger.
