Puget Gold Apricot is a cultivar that produces medium-sized, yellow-orange fruit with good flavor. It is known for its consistent fruiting.

Companion plants: Apple, Cherry, Plum, Peach, Pear, Grape, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry. 
Far from: Tomato, Potato, Bean, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Kale, Rhubarb.
Planting tip: Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Cold stratification is required to encourage germination.||Once stratified, transplant them outdoors after the last frost. They need well-drained, slightly acidic soil and full sun. Pruning trees regularly to remove any dead or damaged branches encourages better fruit yields.
Harvesting tip: Harvest apricots when they are firm but yield slightly to gentle pressure. Typically ripen in mid to late summer.
Storage tip: Store apricots in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Freeze for longer storage.
