Purple Italian Globe Artichoke plants produce large, globe-shaped buds with deep purple outer leaves. The edible base of the leaves and the heart are the primary harvestable parts.

L’artichaut violet italien produit de gros bourgeons globuleux aux feuilles extérieures d’un violet profond. La base des feuilles et le cœur sont les principales parties comestibles à récolter.
