Purple Sun carrots have a great sweet flavour and a crisp texture, and it grows vigorously. This carrot was bred for juicing. These large, conical carrots have perfectly rounded shoulders and evenly tapered tips. There is a tiny yellow sun at the center. Purple Sun carrots are loaded with antioxidant flavonoids, so they taste great and offer real health benefits.
