Vitamins+: B9+, C++, K+., Ca, Cu, K.
Companion plants: Lettuce, Tatsoi, Mustard.
Far from: Endive, Escarole.
Planting tip: Start indoors 2 weeks before planting outside.||Transplant as soon as soil can be worked in spring or transplant after the summer heat has passed, mid-August in our region. Harvesting tip: Cut young, tender leaves for fresh greens for consuming right away. Flavour diminishes when stored or dried. Roots can be harvested after four months of growth.

Vitamines+: B9+, C++, K+., Ca, Cu, K.
Plantes compagnes: Laitue, Tatsoi, Moutarde.
