Shikibu F1 Purple Pac Choi is a fast-maturing hybrid pak choi with dark purple, ruffled leaves and stems. It is well-suited for cooler weather and produces a tender, flavorful crop.

Vitamins+: B6, C+, K, K+
Companion plants: Beans, Beets, Cabbage, Carrot, Cucumber, Marjoram, Peas, Strawberry.
Far from: Fennel, Garlic.
Planting tip: Direct-sow seeds from early spring through midsummer. Plant them at a depth of ¼-½”, spaced 1″ apart. They will germinate in 4-7 days.||Provide ample, consistent moisture and thin to 6″ spacings.
Harvesting tip: Once plants reach roughly 3″, can start harvesting small leaves, 2-4 at a time, or cut entire head off for a one-time harvest. Harvest is 30-50 days after planting, but flavor is best in fall after a few cold nights.
Storage tip: Wrap in a damp paper towel and store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Can be blanched and frozen for longer storage.

Le Shikibu F1 Purple Pac Choi est un pak choi hybride à maturation rapide, aux feuilles et tiges frisées d’un violet foncé. Il est bien adapté aux climats frais et produit une récolte tendre et savoureuse.

Vitamines+: B6, C+, K, K+
Plantes compagnes: Haricot, Betterave, Chou, Carotte, Concombre, Marjolaine, Pois, Fraise.
Loin de: Fenouil, Ail.
Ensemencement: Semez directement en pleine terre du début du printemps jusqu’au milieu de l’été. Plantez les graines à une profondeur de 6 à 12 mm, en les espaçant de 2,5 cm. La germination aura lieu en 4 à 7 jours. Maintenez un arrosage abondant et régulier, puis éclaircissez à 15 cm d’espacement.
Récolte: Une fois que les plantes atteignent environ 3″, vous pouvez commencer à récolter les petites feuilles, quelques-unes à la fois, ou vous pouvez couper la tête entière pour une récolte unique. La récolte a lieu 30 à 50 jours après la plantation, mais la saveur est meilleur à l’Automne après quelques nuits froides.
