This pepper variety is a cross between Sugar Rush Peach and Aji Lemon Drop, offering a sweet and fruity flavor with notes of tangerine, cilantro, and lime. It typically ranges from 20,000 to 45,000 Scoville Heat Units. The plants are vigorous and productive, yielding over 200 pods per plant. Due to its hybrid nature, the variety may not be fully stable, potentially leading to variations in growth. The pods are excellent for fresh eating, hot sauce, or drying into a sweet powder. Vitamins+: A, B6, C+++., K+., Capsaicin. Companions: Alliums, Basil, Tomato, Spinach, Oregano, Marjoram, Nasturtium, Marigold. Far from: Beans, Brassicas, Fennel. GaiaOrganics.ca |
