ID: 66721 | Planting Tip: Transplant seedlings outdoors after the last frost. Blueberries require acidic, well-drained soil and full sun for best fruit production. Harvesting Tip: Pick berries when fully colored dark blue and they detach easily from the cluster. Harvest in the morning when berries are cool. Not all berries ripen at once; check every few days. Storage Tip: Refrigerate unwashed berries immediately for up to 2 weeks. Freeze in a single layer on a tray, then transfer to sealed bags for up to 1 year. |
