Variegated Oregano is a visually striking herb known for its creamy white-edged green leaves and aromatic flavor. Trim back in early spring to encourage new growth. Variegated Oregano has a flavor similar to traditional oregano and is used in Italian & Mediterranean cuisine!

Companion plants: Cucumber, Melon, Pumpkin, Pepper, Squash, Broccoli, Tomato, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Eggplant, Basil. 
Far from: Garlic or Onions if There Are Thrips in the Garden.
Planting tip: Seed stratification is required for 1-2 weeks. Sow the seeds on the surface of the soil, make sure not to bury them. Seeds require light to germinate. Sow seeds in a flat 8-10 weeks before the last frost.||
Harvesting tip: Harvest when young and tender to eat. Cut the entire plant when coming to bloom just 2” above ground. The plant can be cut 3-5 times during the season.
Storage tip: Keep in a plastic bag in the vegetable section of the fridge for up to 3 days.
