Viroflay spinach is a reliable, slow-bolting variety that produces abundant yields of large, savoyed leaves. It is well-suited for cooler weather and can be succession planted for a continuous harvest. L’épinard Viroflay est une variété fiable à montée en graines lente qui produit d’abondantes récoltes de grandes feuilles frisées. Il est bien adapté aux climats frais et peut être cultivé en succession pour une récolte continue. Cette variété d’épinard est reconnue pour sa résistance aux maladies et sa capacité à mieux supporter les températures élevées que de nombreuses autres variétés.
