L’aubergine White Egg est une variété ancienne qui produit une abondante récolte de fruits ovales, blanc ivoire. Les plants sont réputés pour leur productivité et leur adaptabilité. Les fruits ont une peau lisse et une chair ferme, au goût doux et non amer.
