A Mandarin heirloom variety that produces an upright broadhead up to 9”. Slightly mustard flavour with leaves light green and a white heart. Sow in July for fall harvest.
Companion plants: Brassicas, Basil, Celery. Dill, Garlic, Mint, Rosemary, Thyme, Onions, Beans. 
Far from: Potato, Tomato, Okra, Pepper.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Direct sow when the °T reaches above 23°C. It can be started indoors 4-6 weeks before the planting date. Napa cabbage is best direct-seeded or transplanted in mid-May for July harvest.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when the outer leave begins to fall off.
Storage tip: Store at 0°C at 95% humidity and good air circulation.

Une variété ancestrale mandarine qui produit une tête large verticale d’une taille allant jusqu’à 9″. Saveur subtile de moutarde avec des feuilles vert clair et un cœur blanc. Semer en juillet pour une récolte d’automne.
Plantes compagnes: Brassicacées, basilic, céleri, aneth, ail, menthe, romarin, thym, oignons, haricots.
Loin de: Patate, tomate, okra, poivron.
Ensemencement: Le trempage dans l’eau chaude pendant 12H maximum est recommandé pour améliorer la germination. Semer directement lorsque la °T atteint plus de 23°C. Il peut être démarré à l’intérieur 4 à 6 sem. avant la date de plantation. Le chou Napa est plus facile à semer directement ou à repiquer à la mi-mai pour une récolte en juillet.
Récolte: Récolter lorsque les feuilles extérieures commencent à tomber.
Entreposage: Conservez à 0°C avec une humidité de 95% et une bonne circulation d’air.
