This Italian heirloom tomato, dating back to 1869, is prized for its mild taste and low juice content. Large, productive plants bear clusters of 4-5 Roma-shaped fruits with pale yellow skin and a slight pink blush. Ideal for making tomato paste, sauce, preserves, or yellow ketchup. Introduced by SESE in 1986, this variety thrives in cooler, wetter conditions, producing 5-12 fruits per cluster. Fruits average 3×1.5 inches, ripening from green to creamy yellow.
