This Italian heirloom tomato, dating back to 1869, is prized for its mild taste and low juice content. Large, productive plants bear clusters of 4-5 Roma-shaped fruits with pale yellow skin and a slight pink blush. Ideal for making tomato paste, sauce, preserves, or yellow ketchup. Introduced by SESE in 1986, this variety thrives in cooler, wetter conditions, producing 5-12 fruits per cluster. Fruits average 3×1.5 inches, ripening from green to creamy yellow. Known for its sweet and rich flavor, it yields heavily until frost. INDETERMINATE.

Cette tomate italienne ancestrale, datant de 1869, est appréciée pour son goût doux et sa faible teneur en jus.
