Planting tip: Sow seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before planting date. Reduce water and nitrogen intake when hardening off. Staking is required for indeterminate types.

Harvesting tip: For best taste harvest when the tomato is fully ripe and has expressed all its full color. One can also harvest when the tomato is green and has expressed its first blush; in this case, let tomato ripen off-vine at a temperature above 21°C.

Storage tip: Store at 12-21°C with a relative humidity of 95%. Tomato may damage at a temperature of 10°C.

Variété des années 1700. Fruits jaunes en forme de poire en mi-saison. Sa saveur pleine et juteuse ainsi que son faible taux d’acidité en font un excellent fruit à grignoter ou à utiliser en salade. Des rendements prolifiques de centaines de fruits. Indéterminée.
Note d’ensemencement: Semer les graines à l’intérieur 6-8 semaines avant la date de plantation. Réduire l’apport en eau et en azote pendant le durcissement. Le tuteurage est nécessaire pour les types indéterminés.
Note de récolte: Pour un meilleur goût, récoltez lorsque la tomate est complètement mûre et a exprimé toute sa couleur. On peut aussi récolter lorsque la tomate est verte et qu’elle a exprimé sa première couleur ; dans ce cas, laissez la tomate mûrir sur la vigne à une température supérieure à 21°C.
Note d’entreposage: Conservez à 12-21°C avec une humidité relative de 95%. La tomate peut s’abîmer à une température de 10°C.
