Agastache is a diverse genus of aromatic perennial herbs with anise or mint-scented foliage and long, densely packed flower spikes in shades of purple, blue, pink, and orange. Both the leaves and flowers are edible, and the plants are highly attractive to hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies throughout a long summer blooming season.
