Dahlia

Ball dahlias are either a ball or a somewhat flattened spherical in form. Ball dahlia petals can be blunt, rounded, or indented and are typically exhibited in a spiral pattern. These flowers, unlike pompon dahlias, frequently grow greater than two inches in diameter. Pompon and Ball Dahlias have petite, totally double, globe-shaped blooms with blunt or slightly rounded petals at the tips.
