Early-maturing variety. Delicious when eaten fresh. 3-4 pounds fruit. 15″ long by 7″ wide head. Conical shaped. An historic variety, this cabbage was first grown in the United States by Francis Brill of Jersey City, New Jersey, in 1840.

Far from: Tomato.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Direct sow when the °T reaches above 23°C. Can be started indoors 4-6 weeks before planting.||
Harvesting tip: Harvest when the outer leaf begins to fall off.
Storage tip: Store at 0°C at 95% humidity & good air circulation.
