This self-seeded tomatillo variety from our personal garden has thrived across the farm, showcasing larger fruits compared to other varieties. Notably sweeter and tangier, it has adapted uniquely in flavor and size.
Planting tip: Sow seeds indoors 6 weeks before last frost. Transplant outside late spring.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when papery husk that turns from green to brown as they ripen and splits open.

Cette variété de tomatillo auto-ensemencée provenant de notre jardin personnel a prospéré dans l’ensemble de la ferme, présentant des fruits plus gros que ceux des autres variétés. Notablement plus sucrée et plus acidulée, elle s’est adaptée de manière unique en termes de saveur et de taille.
Ensemencement: Semer les graines à l’intérieur 6 sem. avant le dernier gel. Transplanter à l’extérieur à la fin du printemps.
Récolte: Récolter lorsque l’enveloppe papillaire qui passe du vert au brun à mesure qu’elles mûrissent se fend.
