This bush habit nasturtium variety is the non-trailing type and extremely vigorous. that holds its blooms well above the attractive foliage. Blooms come in a variety of colors including yellow, red, orange, mahogany, and rose. Flowers and leaves are edible. Nasturtium attracts beneficial insects while aromatic foliage can deter pests. Widely used as a companion plant! Plant height reaches 16″. Often used in xeriscaping. Variety has mounding growth habit.
Companion plants: Throughout the garden (helps almost everything), Brassicas, Cucurbits, Beans, Potatoes. 
Far from: Fennel.
Planting tip: Seed scarification aids in germination. Soak seeds in warm water for up to 24H before planting. Sow seed indoors 2-4 weeks before last frost. Nasturtiums thrive in poor to average, slightly acidic, well-drained soil.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when flowers are fully open. Leaves are also edible.

Cette variété de capucine extrêmement vigoureuse à port buissonnant n’est pas de type retombant. Elle maintient ses fleurs bien au-dessus de son joli feuillage. Les fleurs sont de couleurs variées, notamment jaune, rouge, orange, acajou et rose. Les fleurs et les feuilles sont comestibles. La capucine attire les insectes bénéfiques tandis que son feuillage aromatique peut éloigner les insectes nuisibles. Communément cultivée comme plante compagne! La hauteur de la plante atteint 16″. Souvent utilisée en xéropaysagisme.

Loin de: Fenouil.
Ensemencement: La scarification des semences favorise la germination. Tremper dans l’eau chaude jusqu’à 24H avant de planter. Semer à l’intérieur 2 à 4 sem. avant le dernier gel. Les capucines prospèrent dans un sol pauvre à moyen, légèrement acide et bien drainé.
Récolte: Récoltez lorsque les fleurs sont complètement ouvertes. Les feuilles sont également comestibles.
