A delightful reminder of the whimsical fun of heirloom gardening. With its peachy color and lightly fuzzy skin, this tomato brings a touch of novelty to the garden. Originating as a chance cross in the tomato patch of Pennsylvania farmer and heirloom expert James Weaver, this variety is a more peachy version of the old French variety called Yellow Peach. With round fruits, a bush height of 1m, and a weight of 50-80g, these tomatoes are also very juicy and sweet, rich in beta-carotene. INDETERMINANT.
Companion plants: Basil, Parsley, Carrot, Asparagus, Alliums, Celery, Borage, Marigold, Calendula, Mint, Sage, Peppers, Dill (until mature). 
Far from: Potato, Corn, Kohlrabi, Beet, Fennel, Peas, Squash.
Planting tip: Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before planting. Reduce water & nitrogen when hardening off. Staking required.
Harvesting tip: For best taste harvest when fully ripe, expressed its full colour. Can also harvest when tomato is green and expressed its 1st blush; if so, let tomato ripen off-vine above 21°C.
Storage tip: Store at 12-21°C, relative humidity 95%.

Un délicieux rappel du plaisir fantaisiste du jardinage patrimonial. Avec sa couleur pêche et sa peau légèrement duveteuse, cette tomate apporte une touche de nouveauté au jardin. Issue d’un croisement fortuit dans le champ de tomates de James Weaver, agriculteur de Pennsylvanie et expert en tomates anciennes, cette variété est une version plus pêchue de l’ancienne variété française appelée Yellow Peach. Avec des fruits ronds, une hauteur de buisson de 1 m et un poids de 50 à 80 g, ces tomates sont également très juteuses et sucrées, riches en bêta-carotène. INDÉTERMINANT.
Plantes compagnes: Basilic, Persil, Carotte, Asperge, Alliums Céleri, Bourrache, Souci, Calendule, Menthe, Sauge, Poivrons, Aneth (jusqu’à maturité).
Loin de: Patate, Mais, Kohlrabi, Betterave, FenouilPois, Courge.
Ensemencement: Semer à l’intérieur 6-8 sem. avant de planter. Réduire l’eau et l’azote pendant l’endurcissement. Tuteurage nécessaire.
Récolte: Pour un meilleur goût, récoltez lorsque pleinement mûre, sa couleur pleinement exprimée. On peut aussi récolter lorsque verte, a exprimé sa 1re couleur. Alors, laissez la mûrir hors-vigne à 22°C ou +.
Entreposage: Conservez à 12-21°C et humidité relative de 95%.
