Vibrant red flattened bulb. Slower maturing than others but stores very well. Up to 4-5 months. 2.5-3.5” bulb. Original Breeder: Sativa Rheinau.
Companion plants: Brassicas, Carrot,Tomato, Lettuce, Beet, Parsnip, Chamomile, Rose, Strawberry. 
Far from: Beans, Peas, Asparagus.
Planting tip: Start indoors 10-12 weeks before transplanting date. Trim to 1” when it reaches 5” to increase thickness.
Harvesting tip: When tops dry up & fall over harvest for storage variety. Cure for 3-5 days in the fields. Alternatively, cure in greenhouse at 23-26°C & 80% humidity.
Storage tip: Cool and dry slowly to stretch dormancy period. Can also store in root cellar at 0-1°C and 65-70% humidity.

Bulbe aplati rouge vif. Maturation plus lente que les autres mais se conserve très bien. Jusqu’à 4-5 mois. Bulbe de 2,5-3,5″. Obtenteur d’origine : Sativa Rheinau
Plantes compagnes: Brassicacés, Carotte, Tomate, Laitue, Betterave, Panais. Camomille, Rose, Fraise.
Loin de: Haricots, Pois, Asperge.
Ensemencement: Débuter à l’intérieur 10-12 sem. avant la date de plantation. Taillez à 1″ lorsqu’à 5″ pour augmenter l’épaisseur.
Récolte: Lorsque les bouts s’assèchent et tombent, récoltez pour la variété à préservation. Faire mûrir 3-5 jours dans les champs. Peuvent aussi être séchés en serre à 23-26 °C et 80 % d’humidité.
Entreposage: Refroidir et sécher lentement pour étirer la période de dormance. Peut également être stocké dans une cave à racines à 0-1°C et 65-70% d’humidité.
