Deep-purple, normal texture, 6” bean pods. The average plant height is 15-20”. Turned green when cooked, rich flavour. It can be eaten raw with salads. Initially developed by the University of New Hampshire and is resistant to the common mosaic virus.

Planting tip: Direct seed after last frost. To continuously harvest, plant in 3-week intervals.
Harvesting tip: Wait until pods and enclosed seeds have reached full maturity. For dry beans, allow plenty of space for airflow so they can dry later in the season.
Storage tip: It’s best to only freeze dry beans.
