Deep red stems and light green leaves. Savoyed leaves. Uniform colour and size compared to other chards. It can be used for microgreens. Green chard (not multi-colored) is more cold tolerant.
Companion plants: Tomato, Cabbage, Broccoli, Radish, Lettuce, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Leek, Chives, Bean, Peas. 
Far from: Cucumber, Corn, Melon, Potato.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Direct seed mid-spring through mid-summer. Chards can be started indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost date has passed. For successive planting, sow every week after 4 weeks before the frost date.
Harvesting tip: Harvest at any stage.
Storage tip: Cooling in water after harvest recommended.

Tiges rouge foncé et feuilles vert clair. Feuilles savoyardes. Couleur et taille uniformes par rapport aux autres bettes à carde. Elle peut être cultivée en micropousse. Les blettes vertes (pas multicolores) tolèrent mieux le froid.
Plantes compagnes: Tomate, chou, brocoli, radis, laitue, céleri, oignon, ail, poireau, ciboulette, haricot, pois.
Loin de: Concombre, maïs, melon, patate.
Ensemencement: Le trempage dans l’eau chaude pendant 12H maximum est recommandé pour améliorer la germination. Semis direct du milieu du printemps au milieu de l’été. Les blettes peuvent être démarrées à l’intérieur 4 à 6 sem. avant la date de le dernier gel. Pour des plantations successives, semez chaque semaine après 4 sem. avant la date de gel.
Récolte: Récolte à n’importe quel stade.
Entreposage: Refroidissement dans l’eau après la récolte recommandé.
