Planting tip: Seed stratification is required for 2-4 weeks. Sow 5-6 weeks before last frost or direct sow outside after last frost.
Harvesting tip: Harvest fresh or dried when active ingredients are at their peak potency, both before and during flower production. The active molecule content in the plant diminishes rapidly once the flowers wilt and during the fruiting stage.

Ensemencement: La stratification des semences est nécessaire pendant 2 à 4 sem.. Semis 5-6 sem. avant le dernier gel ou semis direct à l’extérieur après le dernier gel.
Récolte: Récolter lorsque les ingrédients actifs sont à leur puissance maximale, à la fois avant et pendant la production de fleurs. La teneur en molécules actives de la plante diminue rapidement une fois que les fleurs se fanent et pendant la phase de fructification.
