‘Tres Fine’ Endive is a type of chicory with fine, curly, yellow-green leaves and a mild, slightly bitter flavor. It is suitable for both spring and fall planting and can withstand a light frost. It thrives in cool weather and prefers well-draining soil. Avoid overwatering, as endive is susceptible to rot in waterlogged conditions. Water consistently to keep the soil evenly moist, but not saturated.

L’endive ‘Tres Fine’ est une variété de chicorée aux feuilles fines, frisées, jaune-vert, et à la saveur douce, légèrement amère. Elle se prête aussi bien aux plantations de printemps qu’à celles d’automne et supporte les gelées légères. Elle prospère par temps frais et préfère un sol bien drainé. Évitez l’excès d’arrosage, car l’endive est sensible à la pourriture en milieu gorgé d’eau. Arrosez régulièrement pour maintenir le sol uniformément humide, sans le détremper.
